We’re working with a global sport and entertainment agency who are seeking a professional to manage stakeholder relationships from international sport and entertainment venues and clients, including both existing and prospective accounts & oversee all facets of event planning from conception to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts
- Deeply understand client needs and develop products to address them
- Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative and enticing packages
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Create bespoke travel packages that include flights, accommodations, and concierge services, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience
- Oversee all facets of event planning from conception to execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Corporate Hospitality
- Evidence of thriving in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to deliver bespoke solutions with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Skilled in cost negotiation to optimise value without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
