A leading sports marketing/PR agency in London is seeking an Account Manager to play a pivotal role in helping to drive their social media offering and deliver clients’ digital strategies.
Day-to-day:
- Establish, cultivate, and sustain relationships with key clients, acting as the principal point of contact for all their needs and requirements.
- Execute timely, strategic, and impactful social media campaigns that deliver measurable returns on investment for clients.
- Support the agency in servicing existing clients and winning new ones by developing and executing account plans to fulfil client’s objectives
- Conduct regular reviews to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling other services.
- Monitor social trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Lead and mentor the account executives providing guidance, and training, to ensure their success.
Key Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of the platforms’ organic and paid, encompassing analytics, optimisation, ad formats, and customised content planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients at all levels.
- Possessing robust negotiation and influencing skills is crucial for achieving client targets and goals.
- Strategic thinking, analyse data and develop actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
