Salary - £30-35k + Comms
We’re working with a global sporting organisation in the West Midlands Area who are looking to recruit sales professionals for their hospitality sales departments.
£30-35k DOE + Commission
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify high-value opportunities to target key clients, and utilise a consultative approach to tailor offerings and meet client needs.
- Develop strong working relationships, provide a top-class, professional service, act on any upsell opportunities and manage regular contact communicating any relevant updates, offers, changes to keep guests fully informed.
- Look for new business opportunities where possible including networking with guests on matchdays, referrals, lapsed bookers, business contacts etc this includes outbound calling campaigns.
- Work cross collaboratively with other departments including marketing & insights.
- Track and manage sales performance using CRM systems, ensuring all client interactions, leads, and sales are logged accurately, and follow-up actions are planned and executed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous sales and account management experience within sport, tech, or a similar sector
- Demonstratable sales experience in a target driven environment with a proven track record and desire to exceed targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and face to face sales skills
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience of using CRM Systems.
