Salary - £60-65k (OTE £130k)
Senior Customer Success Manager sought by a global sports technology business, to play a key role in delivering customer outcomes to key clients across EMEA.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business that have become a true leader in their field – their pioneering technology & product suite enables huge names across the sports industry to unlock new revenue opportunities across their business.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ SaaS Customer Success Management experience (ideally working with Enterprise level accounts), and must have a genuine & demonstrable passion for the sports industry.
Day-to-day:
- Be the main relationship owner for key EMEA-based clients
- Act as the go-to contact for all areas, from technical integration, product implementation & on-boarding
- Work closely with our account, product, and technical delivery teams
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to reflect the value the customer derives from their products
- Identify upsell opportunities, leverage them, and discuss them directly with the customer
- Proven experience driving renewals and upsells through smart account strategy
- Strong understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape and how data plays into that narrative
- Experience with account planning and navigating senior stakeholders to deliver long-term value
- Confident communicator — equally at home presenting to a C-suite boardroom or day-to-day client team
- Ideally from a club, brand, or agency on the commercial or BI side of sport
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of background in Customer Success/Account Management/equivalent role.
- Experience working in a tech B2B company, with a SaaS product.
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
- Prior experience in onboarding/project management/training.
- Genuine passion for the sports industry
