Salary - £60-70k + bonus

Senior Commercial Sales Manager sought by an innovative & rapidly expanding sports rights holder, at the start of a major global growth phase.

This role will play a key role in driving commercial partnership deals on a global scale, whilst also playing a key role in the on-going development of the organisations Partnerships strategy over the coming years.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Secure high-value brand partnerships across key sectors, this will include sales across regional sponsors to global partners
  • Take the lead on negotiations, ensuring deals align with the organisations revenue goals and brand values
  • Management of your own personal sales pipeline alongside insights & commercial strategy departments
  • Working independently but also part of a wider team to drive deals
  • Keeping up to date with latest trends, sponsorship activity in the wider sports industry
  • Attend events and networking opportunities to build and maintain strong relationships.

Key Experience/Skills:

  • 4/5 years partnership sales experience working for a global sports property, rights holder or agency
  • Experience in brokering 6-7 figure deals
  • Excellent sales negotiator and ability to drive commercial partnership deals
  • Flexible in terms of working hours dependant on what the role consists of
  • A passion for sports sponsorship
