Sales Manager – Hospitality

Salary - £50-55k + Comms

We’re working with a leading sporting organisation who are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead their commercial sales department.

This role will be crucial in driving the success of the team whilst also managing your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team and manage day to day operations for the outbound and inbound sales team.
  • Building relationships with clients, garnering further business through consultative selling
  • Drive new business sales through outbound telephone sales, client meetings, trade shows, networking events
  • Map out local business in the North West Region, looking at new ways to grow corporate client base
  • Implement a sales strategy and work closely with senior members of the business to drive success of the sales team
  • Developing and maintaining sales processes and procedures, including lead management, forecasting, and sales tracking
  • Lead on 1 to 1 sales development of junior sales people, be at the forefront of driving a strong team work ethic

Qualifications

  • 5 years sales experience
  • Background working in the commercial sport world or a B2B sales environment such as technology, finance, recruitment
  • Huge passion for live sport & entertainment
  • Excellent telephone and face to face sales negotiation skills
  • Management of a small team
  • Excellent communicator and ability to grow relations
