We’re working with a leading sports & brand partnerships agency to find an experienced Partnerships professional to lead one of the most high-profile global Formula 1 sponsorships in the market.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who thrives in complex stakeholder environments and wants to own a flagship partnership for a major multinational brand.
The Opportunity
As Partnerships Lead, you’ll take ownership of the senior client relationship and oversee the strategic and operational delivery of a large-scale global F1 partnership. You’ll work across multiple markets, agencies and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor while driving best-in-class activation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and own the senior client relationship on a global F1 partnership
• Drive strategic planning, ideation and activation across multiple markets
• Manage complex global, regional and local stakeholders, including rights holders
• Oversee partnership asset management and brand compliance
• Lead senior stakeholder meetings, status reporting and client communications
• Guide delivery across events, VIP hospitality, guest management, ticketing, content and social
• Own budgets, forecasts, SOWs, invoicing and post-campaign reporting
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of direct reports
• Identify innovation, best practice and growth opportunities across the partnership
Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience in sports partnerships, sponsorship or marketing agencies
• Strong understanding of how sponsorship supports wider business objectives
• F1 experience or strong knowledge is highly desirable
• Proven experience managing complex, multinational stakeholder environments
• Experience working with large global brands (e.g. energy, finance, logistics)
• Confident presenter with excellent client-facing communication skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• A natural leader who builds trust and empowers teams
• Comfortable with international travel, including occasional weekend work
