Salary - £60,000 + bonus
An exciting senior opportunity for an experienced operations leader to head up a team supporting high-profile international brand partnerships across sport and entertainment.
Sitting at the heart of several major sponsorship programmes, you’ll be responsible for making sure the operational side of each partnership runs seamlessly. This is a broad leadership position covering client relationships, technology and platforms, hospitality and guest programmes, rights management, reporting and team development.
Day-to-day:
- Lead a specialist team delivering the operational requirements behind a portfolio of international partnerships.
- Act as a senior contact for clients, helping navigate challenges, recommending solutions and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure hospitality and guest programmes run effectively, from ticket allocations and platform administration through to communications and issue resolution.
- Maintain oversight of sponsorship rights and deliverables, working directly with rights holders to ensure agreements are being utilised effectively.
- Own relationships with external technology and platform partners, identifying ways their products can better support client requirements.
- Review existing processes and introduce smarter, more efficient ways of working, including opportunities to use technology and automation.
- Ensure appropriate processes are in place around compliance, governance and data handling.
- Take ownership of client reporting, improving how information is gathered, analysed and presented.
- Coach and develop the team, creating an environment where people anticipate client needs rather than simply responding to requests.
Key Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience in sponsorship operations, partnership delivery or within a marketing agency.
- Experience overseeing sophisticated client accounts involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and work streams.
- Strong understanding of hospitality, ticketing and guest programmes.
- Familiarity with digital platforms used to manage partnership assets, tickets, guests or similar activity.
- Confident leading projects from planning through to delivery, with the ability to create structure around complex workflows.
- Comfortable working with data and turning information into clear, useful recommendations.
- A confident communicator who is comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exposure to international brands and multi-market partnership programmes would be beneficial.
The position offers hybrid working from a London office. No International Travel required.
