Salary - £35,000
The role focuses on enhancing the fan experience, planning and delivering entertainment events, developing interactive and digital fan initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Marketing and Entertainment teams to plan and execute the fan experience on match days across Men and Women’s match and event activities, and driving innovation.
- Supporting the content strategy at the stadium and surrounding physical areas, providing novel and attractive ideas that improve the environment and promote fan participation, including additional activations for fans on the pitch.
- Support the Marketing Director in the preparation of program documentation for all audio-visual content at the stadium.
- Collaborate with external agencies for the preparation and development of event content, including the supply of materials, ensuring that creative production is carried out on time and within budget.
- Continuous review of the activity, ensuring that we learn from each event, collect the opinion of the fans and understand how the team can continue to improve.
Qualifications
- Have a passion for offering exceptional experiences and services to fans.
- Possess excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a firm commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively.
- Be a team player, able to work with different departments to achieve common objectives.
- Be innovative and adaptable, with a focus on continuously improving the fan experience.
- Be available to work weekends and important holidays.
- Have enthusiasm and knowledge about sports marketing and/or entertainment.
- Previous experience in organizing sporting or entertainment events will be valued.
