We’re working with a leading sports venue who are looking to recruit a Guest Experience Manager to lead across their VIP hospitality experience.

The role will work closely with the membership team to be able to facilitate and deliver a high level of guest experience across a variety of different event days.

Essential that you have previous experience managing budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of a new guest experience plan across the business
  • Management of all budget cost
  • Manage a team of 3
  • Ensure a high level of guest experience at all times and introduce new policies to create the best experience for spectators
  • Management and recruitment of a casual staff team for event days
  • Work closely with ticketing department to ensure all tickets are received for guests prior to event days
  • Develop and deliver a robust and engaged communications plan with members
  • Liaison and management with internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Background:

  • Previous experience working within a guest experience or hospitality/VIP Operations role
  • Experience working in the sports industry
  • Process driven
  • Going above and beyond to deliver the best guest experience possible
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Previous managerial experience
  • Marketing understanding and ability to understand the Brand
