Customer Success Manager – Football (French Speaking)

We are seeking a Customer Success specialist responsible for managing and upselling client relationships and supporting the organisation’s overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a great on-boarding experience for new accounts
  • Build close relationships with customers who are senior level decision makers at rights holders.
  • Drive maximum usage on our platform and promote participation of your clients at events.
  • Go above and beyond to solve customer issues
  • Optimise the activity of your portfolio on the platform to ensure that the overall objectives of all our customers are met.
  • Responsible for the feedback loop from customers to our Product and Data teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Retention Team in relation to your clients’ renewals – together with the Retention Team it will be your responsibility to ensure your customers don’t churn
  • Nurture relationships with your customers, ensuring their are maximizing their subscription and supporting the Retention team in identifying upgrade opportunities within your scope of customers
  • In partnership with the Finance & Retention teams you will be responsible for your customers experience with payments and billing
  • Through your portfolio’s network and relationships, you will provide lead generation to our sales team in your territories and elsewhere.


  • Ideally you have a strong Customer Success or Account Management background in a subscription or membership business
  • Highly organised and an excellent, confident communicator online, on the phone and in person
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and full of energy and proactivity to drive engagement on the platform and success for our customers
  • Ability to build close relationships with decision makers at senior level
  • Experience in sponsorship sales in a sports club or federation is a bonus
  • Expert knowledge of the global football landscape, and particularly across primary and secondary European markets
  • Hands-on experience with online events and the various technologies that bring efficiency and scale to the experience
  • You’re fluent in English and French (written & verbal)
  • Full Drivers license
  • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
