Customer Success Executive sought by a hugely exciting Media & Events business in London, to play a key role in the management of relationships with key sponsors & exhibitors, from point of sale through to event delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an independently owned B2B Events business that has seen over 200% growth globally over the past couple of years, with further growth planned over the next couple of years. You will be joining an experienced team in a business that values their internal culture, and have the opportunity to work across industry renowned B2B conferences & events.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous B2B or B2C event experience, and be hugely customer service focussed with excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing relationships with key external stakeholders.
Day-to-Day:
- Manage key customer relationship from point of sale, managing through delivery to ensure customers have success with sponsorship of major events
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs & objectives
- Develop sponsor action plan for each sponsorship
- Manage internal distribution of key information to ensure teams are working towards the same goal
- Work with wider event teams to ensure sponsorships are built into wider event plans
- Oversee sponsorship execution & be on-site to ensure customer needs are met
Key Skills:
- Previous event experience (B2C or B2B) and ability to develop & manage key stakeholder relationships
- Customer service focussed with high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a process driven role
- Confident managing with customer issues & working with teams to find solutions
