We’re on the lookout for experienced, strategic leader to head up F1 Hospitality & partnerships. This senior role sits within the leadership team and is responsible for overseeing client satisfaction, team management, and commercial growth across high-profile Formula 1 accounts.

You’ll manage a team of Account and Project Managers—setting direction, driving performance, and ensuring world-class delivery. While not embedded in day-to-day workflows, you’ll provide a high-level view, guide resourcing, and ensure we exceed client expectations across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the F1 Hospitality team
  • Oversee client relationships, satisfaction, and retention
  • Manage client P&Ls and identify growth opportunities
  • Support recruitment, resource planning, and team development
  • Ensure scalable processes and excellent delivery
  • Present proposals and lead senior client conversations
  • Travel internationally for event execution

What You’ll Bring

  • Senior-level experience in a creative event agency
  • Proven leadership in F1 hospitality
  • Strong commercial understanding (P&L management)
  • Track record in growing teams and client accounts
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
