Athlete Marketing Manager sought by a hugely exciting Athlete Management agency, with offices in London, to play a key role in the development & delivery of athlete brand campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an up-and-coming agency that have made huge strides since launching, providing full-service management for exciting talent predominantly across Football, Golf & Tennis. Due to growth, they are now looking for a new Marketing Manager to lead across all digital marketing, social media strategy, and athlete branding campaigns.
The successful candidate must have previous athlete marketing experience, and be well-versed across the full marketing mix. Due to the nature of the business, this role will also work across agency brand campaigns to continue their growth.
Day-to-Day:
- Support athletes in building their personal brands, leveraging social media, PR, and content strategies.
- Develop, implement, and manage a cohesive digital marketing strategy for both the agency, and their athletes.
- Generate creative, valuable content ideas, including social media, video reels, and athlete/brand storytelling.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms, producing engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Continuously explore new content types and avoid stagnation by staying innovative with content creation.
- Manage content on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc., ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in sports marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Athlete marketing experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to develop new content and marketing strategies.
